Customer RFQ
We appreciate customer can offer as much info as possible at RFQ stage. Thatwill makes us quote more precise
Design
At the beginning, we will finish a DFM report to customer. lf customerrequired mold flow analysis during the quotation, mold flow report will alsoincluded in DFM report.
Tooling Manufacture
Durina the whole manufacture process, the Proiect Manager who is incharge of the project, will report the machining process weekly. Customercan have all details and know where are we, and if can meet the target.
Mold Trial
After the mold assembled and bedding, we will trial the mold. A completetrial report will be offered to customer after the trial done, Customer wiknow the problems and parameters from the report. The samples also wilsend to customer to check
